Is fashion a gender issue? Is it identity? Many people still have the idea that there are things that men cannot wear. Society is changing and is now demanding a breakdown of the traditional gender model and the freedom for men to enjoy fashion without being labelled as homosexual or eccentric.

This project focuses on this issue. To do this requires the involvement of any man with the curiosity and courage to break away from long-standing socially-imposed stereotypes and rules that restrict individual expression.

An active, provocative, modern, liberal man who seeks to complement his personality through clothing and is self-assured regardless of the opinion of others and who wishes to be the centre of attention. This is fashion aimed at men regardless of sexual orientation and without a defined age band because, after all, fashion does not contemplate age. It is slow fashion characterised by knowledge, talent and originality and committed to local and national products and thus generates timeless garments without following any specific trends. The sole objective is for the consumer to present themselves, through fashion, as a unique identity with a specific personality. It includes a line that reappraises classic tailored garments from the late eighteenth century and applies them to today’s society to yield new volumes, materials and elements that are not socially accepted in men’s fashion presented as a theme inspired by the circus and its characters.
